Our policy on refunds, returns, and deliveries

Returns and Refunds: If an item is not delivered as specified on the website, please let us know and we will be able to exchange it with the correct item. Distance selling regulations allow for you to return purchased items within 14 days. If the packaging is damaged (ie by opening the box wrap) we may still choose to refund the item, but please send an image along with your refund request so we can be sure that you have not damaged the product itself.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for custom-printed models unless there is a significant problem with the model. However you are welcome to drop us a line anyway – we may be able to reprint something if the specification was not quite what you had in mind.

Delivery: Items are delivered by the Royal Mail. If an item arrives in damaged condition, please alert us straight away; we will be able to get a new item sent to you within the week (or a little longer for custom orders).
