All our items are shipped through Royal Mail.
Domestic (UK) deliveries
UK SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £40!
All UK deliveries are shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class with a flat fee of £4.00. For those around the University of Warwick, you may arrange with us to collect your order at no charge. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST before selecting the collect option at checkout.
International deliveries
At present, only Adventuring with Pride hardback books may be shipped internationally.

There are two different options for international shipping:
Royal Mail International Economy – Up to 6 weeks delivery time, shorter for destinations near the UK (up to 12 weeks for Australia)
Royal Mail International Standard – Up to 9 working days delivery time, shorter for destinations near the UK
Prices vary by destination. All orders to Europe are shipped International Standard. Note that it may take 2-3 working days to process your order.
Please note that customs import and handling fees may be charged to recipients in all international destinations.
Problem with your order?
Distance selling regulations allow for you to return purchased items within 14 days. If the packaging is damaged (e.g. by opening the box wrap) we may still choose to refund the item, but please send an image along with your refund request so we can be sure that you have not damaged the product itself. If an item is not delivered as specified on the website, please let us know and we will be able to exchange it with the correct item.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for custom-printed models unless there is a significant problem with the model. However you are welcome to drop us a line anyway – we may be able to reprint something if the specification was not quite what you had in mind.
If an item arrives in damaged condition, please alert us straight away; we will be able to get a new item sent to you within the week (or a little longer for custom orders).
